Course-Specific Terms
Refund eligibility is governed by the written terms communicated for the specific course, batch, test series or digital service at the time of enrolment.
Refund Requests
A request must be submitted in writing with the student’s name, registered contact details, payment information, course name and reason for the request.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Verified duplicate payments or payment-processing errors will be reviewed and corrected through the appropriate payment method.
Course Access and Classes
Access to recordings, notes, tests, classes or other protected academic services may affect refund eligibility under the applicable enrolment terms.
Institute Cancellation
Where Ramana Sri IAS cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable alternative, the affected payment will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
Processing
Approved refunds may require reasonable processing time depending on payment verification, banking systems and the original payment method.
